Pricing

StreamPilot platform access. Dedicated apps optional.

Lite includes ads. Pro and Max remove ads and unlock premium platform features.

Existing monthly plan pricing is unchanged. Plans include access to the StreamPilot Panel, APIs, platform updates and plan-based entitlements such as scheduling, recordings, automation and storage allocations. Dedicated branded apps are available separately as an optional Managed App Service.

Panel Access is not a dedicated app.
All StreamPilot plans include access to the StreamPilot Panel and APIs. If you already have a website, app or development team, nothing else is required. Dedicated mobile apps are optional, and customers with existing apps, websites or development teams can integrate directly with StreamPilot APIs without purchasing the Managed App Service.
* App-facing feature. These plan entitlements can be configured in StreamPilot and exposed through the StreamPilot APIs. Listener-facing delivery requires either the optional Managed App Service or your own compatible website/app integration. CarPlay and Android Auto require a supported mobile app; they are not standalone Panel-only features.

Standard support is handled during UK business hours. Urgent platform incidents may be reviewed outside those hours where operationally possible.

Support covers StreamPilot Panel access, plan features, API availability, managed app maintenance and account setup. Third-party stream hosts, Apple and Google review decisions remain outside StreamPilot control.
