Managed App Service Terms

Last updated: 23 June 2026

These Managed App Service Terms apply when you purchase StreamPilot's optional service for dedicated branded iOS and Android apps. They apply in addition to the StreamPilot Terms and Conditions.

Panel access is included through StreamPilot subscriptions. Dedicated mobile apps are optional. Customers can use StreamPilot without purchasing the Managed App Service.

1. Service overview

The Managed App Service may include branded iOS app build, branded Android app build, App Store submission, Google Play submission, app update handling, release management, store management and ongoing maintenance for the app shell connected to StreamPilot platform services.

The Managed App Service requires an active StreamPilot platform subscription and an active app maintenance subscription. If either subscription ends, app maintenance, updates, store management and app support may stop.

2. Pricing

OptionOnboarding feeMaintenanceDeveloper account ownership
Option A: StreamPilot Developer Accounts£149£20/monthStreamPilot uses and manages developer accounts for app publication where available and appropriate.
Option B: Customer Developer Accounts£99£20/monthCustomer supplies Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts and grants StreamPilot administrative access.

Prices are exclusive or inclusive of VAT depending on checkout configuration and applicable law. Stripe is the billing source of truth.

3. Customer developer accounts

Where you choose customer-owned developer accounts, you must maintain an active Apple Developer account and Google Play Console account, pay Apple and Google fees directly where applicable, complete identity checks, accept store agreements, maintain tax and payment details if needed, and grant StreamPilot sufficient administrative access to build, upload, submit, release and maintain apps.

Delays caused by missing access, incomplete developer enrolment, expired memberships, unpaid Apple/Google fees, failed identity checks, unresolved store agreements or customer account restrictions are your responsibility and are outside StreamPilot's control.

4. Store approval is not guaranteed

Apple approval is not guaranteed. Google approval is not guaranteed. App Store approval, Google Play approval, review times, review outcomes, policy interpretation, age ratings, metadata decisions, app removals, suspensions, rejections and account enforcement are controlled by Apple and Google, not StreamPilot.

StreamPilot will use reasonable efforts to prepare and submit apps in line with the information you provide and the store requirements we are aware of. We cannot guarantee that Apple or Google will approve, keep available, rank, feature, monetise or continue distributing any app.

5. Customer responsibilities

6. What maintenance includes

Maintenance includes commercially reasonable updates to keep the StreamPilot app shell compatible with supported StreamPilot platform changes, routine store submission support, release management and reasonable fixes for issues caused by StreamPilot-controlled app code. It does not include custom feature development, custom design rebuilds, content production, music licensing, stream hosting, paid advertising, audience growth, store optimisation campaigns or fixes for third-party services outside StreamPilot's control unless agreed separately.

7. Timelines

Any timeline is an estimate. Apple and Google review times, customer response times, developer account approval, store policy issues, third-party SDK changes, platform updates and technical problems may delay launch or updates. Delays caused by Apple or Google are outside StreamPilot's control.

8. App removals and enforcement

Apple or Google may remove, suspend, reject or restrict an app or developer account. Store removals are outside StreamPilot control. We may assist with reasonable resubmission or appeal steps as part of active maintenance, but we cannot guarantee reinstatement.

9. Cancellation

If you cancel the Managed App Service maintenance subscription, StreamPilot may stop publishing updates, handling store submissions, monitoring store requirements, maintaining app compatibility and providing app-specific support. If your platform subscription ends, the app may stop functioning because it depends on StreamPilot APIs and platform services.

10. Liability

StreamPilot is not liable for app store rejection, app store removal, developer account suspension, lost downloads, lost ratings, lost reviews, lost audience, listener complaints, third-party SDK failures, Apple or Google delays, customer account problems, or loss caused by content or rights issues supplied by you. Liability is limited as set out in the main Terms and Conditions.
