Panel Only customers can use StreamPilot without buying a dedicated app. Managed App Service is optional for customers who want StreamPilot to build, submit and maintain branded iOS and Android apps.

StreamPilot prepares your Panel account, plan access and initial configuration once beta access is confirmed.
Add your stream details, contact information, timezone, schedule, recordings and branding assets.
If selected, StreamPilot gathers app assets, developer account access and store listing details.
Panel Only customers can launch once setup is complete. Managed app launches depend on Apple and Google review timelines.
Simple Panel Only setup is typically measured in working days once required stream, branding and account details are supplied. Timing may vary depending on data quality, integrations and support workload.
Onboarding fee: £149. Ongoing app maintenance: £20/month. StreamPilot uses its developer accounts where suitable and manages submissions, updates and store activity.

Setup, streaming, recording automation, API availability and app publication may be affected by maintenance, third-party services, app stores or customer-supplied information.
