How StreamPilot onboarding works
StreamPilot is preparing for commercial beta. Public self-service signup is currently closed, so onboarding starts with an early-access conversation rather than an immediate checkout.
Panel Only customers can use StreamPilot without buying a dedicated app. Managed App Service is optional for customers who want StreamPilot to build, submit and maintain branded iOS and Android apps.

Submit interest
Email StreamPilot with your station or DJ name, stream URL, required features and preferred launch timing.

Account provisioning
StreamPilot prepares your Panel account, plan access and initial configuration once beta access is confirmed.

Configure your station
Add your stream details, contact information, timezone, schedule, recordings and branding assets.

Optional Managed App Service
If selected, StreamPilot gathers app assets, developer account access and store listing details.

Publishing and launch
Panel Only customers can launch once setup is complete. Managed app launches depend on Apple and Google review timelines.

Expected beta setup timing
Simple Panel Only setup is typically measured in working days once required stream, branding and account details are supplied. Timing may vary depending on data quality, integrations and support workload.
Managed App Service customers
StreamPilot developer accounts
Onboarding fee: £149. Ongoing app maintenance: £20/month. StreamPilot uses its developer accounts where suitable and manages submissions, updates and store activity.
Customer-owned developer accounts
Onboarding fee: £99. Ongoing app maintenance: £20/month. You provide Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts and grant StreamPilot administrative access.
App Store and Google Play approval, review duration and ongoing store availability are controlled by Apple and Google. StreamPilot can prepare, submit and maintain apps, but cannot guarantee approval dates, review outcomes or store decisions.

Panel access, plan entitlements, account setup, relevant API-backed configuration and managed app setup where purchased.
No guarantees
Setup, streaming, recording automation, API availability and app publication may be affected by maintenance, third-party services, app stores or customer-supplied information.
